Hello people. This week has been a good week full of many different and great things. We have done a lot. The weather has also been crazy. It got up to the 80's and now today it is gloomy, cold and rainy. We have been looking for more solid people to teach. Right now we have three solid people. One of them is Ernesto who has now come to church for 11 straight weeks. He is not married though so it has been rough there. The other is a couple named Jose and Reina. José is from Mexico and Reina is from Uruguay. The people from Uruguay have a wonderful accent. I love it. They all came to church this week and loved it. Reina says that she wants to be mormon and tells her husband that he is going to be mormon too. He has some other ideas though that we have been working with. We had a wonderful lesson with them last night. After being in this area for 7 months things are starting to pick up. I still love this area and the members and everyone.
This week I read in the book of Jarom and I was thinking sweet a short book that 8 can just breeze through, but within the first 10 verses there were many things that caught my attention and it was very interesting to me. I read in verse 4 where it talks about those who have communion with the holy ghost are those with faith and are not prideful. In that moment I felt like I was being very prideful and realized that I could not be one with the holy ghost if I kept being like that. Then some other verses were good too but never had so much Stoddard out to me. I hope we can all learn something new from the scriptures this week. They are truly full of great stuff. So yeah I hope you all have a good week.
