On Tuesday we went to dinner with these two ladies in our ward. It was funny. They are both old and are single and hey talked about there old boyfriends and husband's. One of them had two not very good experiences. It was interesting. The on Wednesday I went on exchanges with elder Poulsen. He is super cool. He is from Idaho. He is a super good guy. Their area is super hard because it is super rich with huge houses. I saw probably the biggest house I have ever seen in my life.
Then on Thursday we had a lesson at hermana Rileys house with her friend. We watched the restoration movie and talked about it. It went really good. Another one of the investigators was there too. She knows it's all true, but is just in a tough situation right now. She has had some crazy dreams. The dreams the people have are crazy. Then Friday we helped this lady activate her phone. Well we tried to, but we couldn't. His lady had two walking canes. Every time she would walk I was stressed that something was going to happen. She gave us all this food and stuff too. She told us she could finally clean out her fridge. Haha. On Saturday we helped this lady moved. We met her daughter too who isn't a member and we are going to try and teach her here soon. Then we taught this other guy late in the afternoon. He said we would have to call him to see if he was available. Then Sunday we had this awesome fmsily home evening thing at hermana Rileys house. She is just the bomb. Her friend was there and also this other guy who isn't a member. It was super solid overall!
I read a talk this week by Elder Packer. In th talk he talks about being clean. Hopefully we can all be cleansed and stay clean. Repentance has been the plan since the beginning. Repentance is something good and if you aren't repenting then there is a problem. That we can all be clean and repentant, working together and not judging the imperfections of others.
