Semana 16.5... - Week 40 - Monday, July 10, 2017

Man another week. I figured out that we get paid 65 cents an hour to be here. Probably more than people in other missions so I feel super lucky to be here. I would just like to say happy birthday to my brother. I think he is officially taller than me so that will be weird to come home to. Good thing he still has a whole year to grow a little bit more. So yeah family is way cool. Elder Richardson ate the one pound burger at fudruckers and we went on exchanges with the Spanish zone leaders. It was a blast. It was good to go on exchanges with the ZL's because I got to see elder Lucero, I got to go back to Woodbrige and also I got to learn from Elder Walker. Now this guy Elder Walker is a pretty cool guy. I was excited because President told me in my very first interview in the mission that if I could pick things up like Elder Walker then I would have success. So I was way excited and the exchange was awesome. I learned so much.

So for the spiritual thing that is what I would like to talk about. You can always learn something if you choose too. You could be watching the best talk in conference, but if you are not listening or trying to learn anything then you won't. You could also be listening to the worst talk, but if you are trying to learn something than you will. I think it is way cool because my companion is at the beginning of his mission, but I learn stuff from him almost everyday. We just have to be humble, teachable and want to learn. I have finally started to figure that out and I just wanted to share it with all of you wonderful people! Love you all and you are awesome!
