18 de Junio 2018 - Week 89 - Monday, June 18, 2018

This week was a very special week. It has gotten very humid and hot. So this week at church we walked in and we were trying to decide who we wanted to sit by. We saw this young couple that we didn't know and we had remembered then coming the week before. So we went over and sat by them. The meeting went by and it was really good. After the meeting ended we started to talk to them. It turns out that they had just moved to this area from another ward in our mission. The wife is a member but her husband is not. They are named Carlos and Stephanie. We got Stephanie's number and are planning to go by sometime this week. We are hoping to start meeting with them because Carlos has come to church the past two weeks. It was really cool overall.

So this week we were with our ward mission leader and I asked him what he did on his mission to find people. He told me how he was at a zone conference and his president told him that if he wanted to find people then he needed to be obedient so he could be worthy of the Holy Ghost. Then he told me one other thing. He told me that you need charity. If you want to find people you need to love them and have the desire to go out and find them. Charity truly is the greatest and most powerful. To have a love for someone is to do anything for them and help them in any way possible. He then told me that that is how I will find people.
